Biotin for Hair Loss

Biotin can indeed help with hair loss problems. It is used to support strong nails, skin, and hair.

Biotin bottle used for hair loss without a sufficient dosage. But there is more to know about it before it will actually work for you. Many people may grab a random bottle off the shelf, try it, and have no success.

There are 3 things you need to know:

  • What types to take because there are different forms.
  • How much to take (many bottles are wrong on how much you should take)
  • What is preventing it from working effectively

If taken correctly, many people report having thicker hair with noticeable affects after a month of use. I will be releasing a complete discussion on the above 3 points and how much you should take in my ebook soon.

The Bad News About Biotin

The common downside to using biotin for hair loss is that it can cause acne. Many people report this problem and it has seem to increase the amount of blemishes on my face after a month use. I believe the reason is because it increases the growth rate of your skin cells which cause builds up the layers, which is a common cause of acne.

A simple fix is to just wash your face every day with an exfoliating face wash scrub. I recommend you use the type that has small micro-beads in the face wash.
