Increase Scalp Circulation with Peppers

Trinidad Scorpion pepperIn my blog, I have discussed a lot about circulation of blood, along with its nutrients to the scalp for hair to grow. One of the main reasons people bald is because there are many things preventing proper blood flow to the hair follicles.

It is known that eating hot peppers can dilate your blood vessels, which widens your blood vessels so more blood can flow to parts of the body, including the arteries in your scalp.

You can also use peppers externally and apply them directly on the scalp to increase blood to your hair follicles. Of course, it will be a little tougher for the hot peppers to reach those blood vessels through the skin. My suggestion is to use a combination of some of the hottest peppers and a technique that I will describe in my book (coming soon). Subscribe to my newsletter for the update on that.

I will be experimenting with one of the hottest peppers in the world, known as Trinidad Scorpion. The great thing about using hot peppers like this instead of Minoxidil is they are a natural food. But don’t let that fool you. These are so hot that they can cause burns, so I will either dilute these or try some milder peppers. Stay tuned for that experiment.

Eventually, I will show you the best type to get, how to grow them so you always have a supply, and how to use them correctly for the maximum benefit.
